DC/ AC Converter
直流电/交流电转换器。AC交流电流全称Alternating Current。DC直流电全称Direct Current,又称“恒流电”。
CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning)
计算机辅助工艺过程设计。指借助于计算机软硬件技术和支撑环境,利用计算机进行数值计算、逻辑判断和推理等的功能来制定零件机械加工工艺过程。借助于CAPP系统,可以解决手工工艺设计效率低、一致性差、质量不稳定、不易达到优化等问题。
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
可编程逻辑控制器。它采用一种可编程的存储器,在其内部存储执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数和算术运算等操作的指令,通过数字式或模拟式的输入输出来控制各种类型的机械设备或生产过程。
CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing)
主要是指利用计算机辅助完成从生产准备到产品制造整个过程的活动,即通过直接或间接地把计算机与制造过程和生产设备相联系,用计算机系统进行制造过程的计划、管理以及对生产设备的控制与操作的运行,处理产品制造过程中所需的数据,控制和处理物料(毛坯和零件等)的流动,对产品进行测试和检验等。
NC(Numerical Control)
数字控制是利用数字化信息对机械运动及加工过程进行控制的一种方法,简称数控。数控技术是用数字信息对机械运动和工作过程进行控制的技术,数控装备是以数控技术为代表的新技术对传统制造产业和新兴制造业的渗透形成的机电一体化产品,即所谓的数字化装备,如数控机床等。其技术涉及多个领域:机械制造技术,信息处理、加工、传输技术,自动控制技术,伺服驱动技术,传感器技术,软件技术等。
CNC(Computer Numerical Control)
计算机数控技术。即使用数字化的信息,对机械加工的处理过程和运动进行控制的方法,也可以指一种装有程序控制系统的自动化机床。cnc加工的方式具有加工质量稳定、生产效率高等优点。
